Events FAQ
Our main event space comfortably seats up to 60 guests for a sit-down occasion, or welcomes up to 80 for a cocktail-style reception. When the weather cooperates, our adjacent patio opens things up for an additional 40 guests — perfect for those golden-hour gatherings by the water.
Absolutely. Harbor Walk has a large parking lot with plenty of room for all of your guests, so no one has to worry about circling the block.
Quite a bit, actually. Tables, chairs, linens, service ware, and chafing dishes are all provided. You’ll also have access to our full-service bar and the support of our professional events team, including experienced chefs and service staff.
Centerpieces and personal décor are the client’s touch to add — we think you’ll know best what suits your occasion. We do provide candles to set the mood.
Outside desserts and food are welcome. However, outside alcohol is not permitted, as Harbor Walk is a fully licensed event space under the NYSLA. Outside caterers require prior approval — just reach out and we’re happy to discuss your needs.
The space rental fee is $500 for a four-hour event, which includes a food & beverage minimum of $2,500. Should you wish to rent the space without a food & beverage commitment, the rental fee is $1,000. A 22% service charge is applied to all food & beverage.
